Want to be a Positive Parent?
A free two part parenting class will be taught on Thursday, February 22nd and March 1st from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at New Hope Christian Church located at 1400 S. George Washington Dr. The classes will be held in the Sunshine classroom. Certificates will be available for those who complete both sessions. The classes will be taught by Elaine Hayes, a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, with thirty years experience as a mental health therapist.
She has worked with children and families as an in home family therapist; in an inpatient child and adolescent unit of a hospital; in community mental health centers; and for the last seventeen years she has been in private practice.
